Moulton’s unique approach suited us as they took care of all work needed, not just the kitchen itself: carpentry , plumbing, electrics, building (RSJ), plastering, decorating, even floors of adjoining rooms…a fabulous and very competitive business offering all under one roof, taking control of the project management headache!
From the very first time we stepped into the Barn showroom, we knew we would be using Moulton Kitchens!
Nina’s sales and design approach and attention to what we wanted was first class, never pushy and always giving us clever options within our budget.
Their showroom has all you need in there, classic and contemporary..a great showcase of the finish they achieve.
Once a design was chosen by us and deposit taken, we were provided with a whole day by day plan of what was happening and when, it was very refreshing, they had built in contingency time so as not to push jobs back if things didn’t go as planned which we liked but not too much…we even had our own WhatsApp group to discuss work going on.
It was a big job including internal structural work so 6 weeks from removal of old kitchen to a finished new kitchen was realistic.
Headed up by Ian, and project managed by Stefanie on a daily basis we knew exactly who was being on site the next day the evening before .
Benji and Ben the fitters and carpenters Standard was outstanding, this was our first fitted kitchen we had had someone else fit and you can definitely see the difference in the quality of the cabinets and standard of the finish 5*.
Nothing was too much for them…even every one of the trades (plumbers , carpenters, structural engineers, floor fitters) that they use were first class and lovely people as well!
We had visits to the Quartz factory which really helped work out what we needed, and if Moulton didnt have what we wanted they were happy for us to get them, there was no pressure at all.
The day came for the handover, bang on time , to the day they had in the plan.
All snagging was done plus some extra ingenious in drawer cabinetry designs from Benji!
We are more than impressed and pleased with the end result !! We would 1000% recommend Moulton Kitchens, the team are fantastic and a pleasure to work with!

"We first met Ian from Moulton Kitchens at our house in July 2020, having been completely underwhelmed by kitchen designs other installers had come up with. Ian was immediately enthusiastic about our project (Kitchen and Lounge knock through to one big open living space) and spent a long time finding out about how we lived, what our style was and immediate must haves and hard no’s.
A week or so later we met him and Nina at their beautiful showroom to see the designs. We were immediately blown away! Three designs completely different to anything we had seen before and despite being told by other designers we couldn’t have an island – Ian gave us an island!
We were immediately drawn to one design, so together we developed it until it was perfect. We had a number of visits to the showroom to finalise the design and we never felt rushed or pressured. Ian and Nina spent a lot of time going through the finer details, showing us different options in the showroom to ensure we were happy with everything.
When it came to the project starting, the whole team was incredibly professional and respectful of our home. We met Paul, who Project Managed, Tom who lead the installation along with Benji and David. They were with us for eight weeks in total and they were like family towards the end! The attention to detail was incredible and any snag we pointed out was received respectfully and corrected. The whole team treated our kitchen project like it was their own; Tom’s eye for detail and need for perfection was outstanding.
Like with any project, there were things that needed to be changed or were slightly different than expected, but we worked together to come up with a solution efficiently.
There were a number of trades involved with the project (Plumber/Gas Engineer, Electrician, Plasterer, Carpenter, Builder, Painter) all of which were sourced by MK and also worked to the highest standard with great respect for our home.
The icing on the cake was the professional cleaners who came in at the end of the project (more than once) to make sure our Kitchen / Family Room was beautifully clean for us to move into.
We are five months post completion and have been living in our new Kitchen / Family Room constantly (because, Covid!) and are so, so happy with the space and the finish of the work. We love our new kitchen! The layout is perfect, everything has a place and it fits our lifestyle seamlessly."

Our project was planned to perfection and the materials used are of premium quality too.
The standard of work was faultless and the site was left immaculately clean at the end of every day. The respect and camaraderie between the trades ensured a smooth flow throughout the project and the quality control measures and regular site inspections ensured a smooth passage through the schedule. There was never an occasion when a query was not answered and if action was required, it was attended to without question.
Our kitchen is absolutely fabulous and we miss each and every one of our adopted family, but as they say - all good things must come to an end.
We cannot recommend Moulton Kitchens highly enough and from the research we did before finding Ian, I can assure you there are a number of competitors out there that would learn a lot from Moulton Kitchens.

From the moment we walked into the beautiful Moulton Kitchens showroom, and met Nina, we knew that they would be our choice for the design and installation of our new kitchen. Nina was fantastic throughout, so creative and inspiring and really helped us to reimagine our vision and take it to the next level!
Ian was also amazing in helping us to finalise our design and plan for the installation process. During the meetings we had, at the showroom, we were made to feel so comfortable and welcome. There was a big push for our kitchen to be ready to use before Christmas and, with Tom and David on the installation, this was never in doubt.
Tom is organised, skilled and knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble! He went the extra mile, at all times, to ensure that the kitchen install went smoothly and that every detail was executed to perfection.
Paul was always on hand to ensure that communication was constant and that the whole team, including us, knew every detail during the process.
The result is beyond anything we could’ve imagine. Moulton kitchens really have provided us with our dream kitchen. The product is high quality and the finish is exceptional. We’d considered a few companies, but from the start it was apparent that they were the most attentive, friendly and professional of the lot. They actually listen to you and design the kitchen YOU want, not just the one THEY think you need.
From start to finish the designers, fitters and associated trades were attentive, friendly, courteous and kind. Extra bits and bobs were added or amended without any difficulties - and fixing a couple of snags was simple and easy to arrange, with no requirement to make the final payment until we were completely satisfied.
They aren’t the cheapest of companies, but they are fantastic value. The quality of the product and the exemplary customer service they provide really can’t be matched. We’d use them again in a heartbeat."
